RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate, address and accurately route calls as they are received
  • Checks on roll-call of all associates for attendance
  • Retrieve daily voicemail from general voicemail box and forward as needed
  • Greets guests, explaining the Visitor process, assigns temporary parking passes and ensures they are tended to in a timely fashion
  • Sign for all packages and coordinate with Compliance Department to review and deliver them
  • Occasional administrative duties as assigned by Chief Compliance Officer
  • Reserves conference room for meetings as well as keeping it stocked with supplies
  • Keeps kitchen area tidy as well as stocked with supplies as needed
  • Weekly inventory of all common areas (kitchen, copy paper, etc.) as well as preparing list of items needed for any building issues
  • Participate in non-time sensitive projects from various departments
  • Update company telephone list as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Comparable work experience. Associate Degree a plus but not required
  • Front Desk/Receptionist experience. 2 years
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask with high efficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Experience in PowerPoint and Outlook a plus
  • Strong customer service skills required; positive, pleasant attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
