Responsibilities Source, build and retain your client base Market yourself and your business to attract new clients Provide insurance needs advice based on risk assessment Provide sound financial advice to help grow your client’s financial portfolio Understanding of your individual clients needs based on their unique circumstances
Requirements – must have
Experience in sales - Financial or retail Ability to source new client leads.
Develop and build client relationships
Willing to work with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable benefits solution.
Meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets.
Solution products to match client's needs
Act as a brand ambassador - representing the organization professionally and in accordance with our value population
