We are looking for a motivated individual who can join our team as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant.

You will be working along with Ranjit Dhaliwal (President & Broker of Record). Ranjit is a successful mortgage broker with 25 years experience in the industry. He is also an investor, developer and co-founder of the Canadian Real Estate Investment Club or CREIC.

Ranjit regularly appears on CBC, BNN, CP24, CHIN Radio, and CTV. He has been quoted in over thirty publications across Canada on his expertise on the Canadian mortgage and real estate markets.

Many of the industry’s top lenders have approached Ranjit for their broker advisory boards, including CMHC, Street Capital, Equitable Trust, and MCAP.

Clarity Financial is a well-established mortgage brokerage with hundreds of clients in the greater Toronto area. We have a strong focus on customer service and believe that the right mortgage is the foundation of a well-designed financial plan targeted for increasing net worth.

We also provide education seminars to help prospective and seasoned real estate investors in generating and building wealth.

As the marketing and administrative assistant you will report to brokerage owner in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will require you to be adaptable and perform various tasks as needed with an entrepreneurial-type attitude. You will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:

  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns and content
  • Answering and directing clients via phone and walk-in
  • Managing schedules and organizing calendars
  • Planing and organizing seminars
  • Creating social media advertising and maintaining professional social media presence
  • Performing customer service calls
  • Collaborating and organizing efforts of third party service providers

The following hard skills are required and can be demonstrated for this position:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office productivity applications
  • Familiarity with newsletter and auto-res ponder systems, such as Constant Contact
  • Familiarity with, and ability to recommend other tools and automation systems
  • Ability to create compelling sales copy and marketing advertisements
  • Proficiency with social media management and advertising
  • Ability to manage advertising campaigns and track performance
  • Speak fluently in English and Punjabi

The ideal candidate will also have the following soft-skills:

  • Strong organisation skills, can prioritize and balance many tasks
  • Ability to work in a changing environment, learning and adapting as needed
  • Strong customer-service skills
  • Have a pleasant demeanor with customers in person and on the phone
  • Self-starter and ambitious--willing to identify and do what needs to be done
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, and also with a team

The position is full-time and will occasionally require some evening and weekend work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
