About You:

You’re a highly passionate, innovative, and a result driven marketer who is interested in trying new ideas and approaches to solve problems. Reporting to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, you have an analytical mindset whose decisions are driven by data, and who uses the latest tool and techniques to uncover insights. You understand the intersection between paid, owned and earned media to drive engagement and results. You will be accountable for ad copies, bidding strategies, audience selection, reporting across multiple paid channels to provide a positive ROI though paid media channel.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute successful strategies to acquire, nurture and convert leads into customers through paid channels (Google, Amazon, eBay, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Create compelling search and display ads, in collaboration with marketing team including content writers, and designers.
  • Develop, maintain and optimize bidding strategies for ads across search and display networks.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad concepts and keywords to improve campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through paid channels.
  • Perform In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to drive results.
  • Plan, execute and measure test-and-learn strategies. Show evidence of positive performance, supporting increased sales.
  • Monitor and develop proactive strategies to reduce click fraud.
  • Develop optimal attribution and measurement models to ensure that our paid advertising presents a strong ROI.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma related to Digital Marketing or Communications
  • 2+ years’ experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords and Doubleclick
  • Experience with Amazon and eBay DSP will be preferred
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
  • Strong writing, editing and content management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
