My awesome boss is looking for a new office assistant! After 5 years, it’s time for me to move on to other things, but I want to make sure he’s in good hands before I go.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, ability to handle a fast paced environment, detail oriented with great organizational/administrative skills, and a positive outlook.

The position entails providing administrative support to the Realtor; preparing listing presentations, listing documents, selling documents; answering phones/ making calls, taking messages; overseeing completed contracts are submitted to our Conveyancer, Buyers/Sellers, Listing/Selling agents, & Brokers, all documentation is organized and files are maintained in hard files and digital copies; updating calendars/ office boards, providing InDesign/ Photoshop/Graphics work as required; and other tasks are carried out as required (errands, putting up/ taking down signage, dropping off files, etc).

Preference will be given to applicants with working knowledge of industry standard real estate software and or Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and (ideally) InDesign and administrative experience, but willing to train the right candidate.

Salary commensurate with experience. Bonuses are possible.

4-5 days a week, 25-35 hours/week
