Membership Coordinator Responsibilities
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
A good candidate will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others.
Membership Sales —
Take potential members on club tours and answer any questions they may have regarding membership. Oversee daily operations of the fitness club including preventative maintenance of fitness equipment, cleaning during the regular hours.
Keeping and maintaining a good relationship with all members.
Establish relationships with area businesses, events, and fundraisers.
Creating the communication bright between members and corporate office, for helping members with any billing questions and direct them to our corporate team.
Member Experience —
