Join our fast paced and exciting team representing some of the world’s best luxury vehicle brands including Ferrari, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, and Alfa Romeo. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will maintain strong relationships with and offer exceptional customer experience to all clients. Responsibilities include consulting and explaining in detail all vehicle service requirements and promoting high brand standards while aligning business and customer needs. While on the back end, the Service Advisor will make sure we hit our targets and complete all required goals from the brands
Offer exceptional customer service to all customers while maintaining and exceeding brand standards
Prepare and provide detailed and accurate estimates for customers
Open and manage work orders
Work with department staff to ensure effective and efficient completion of service repair orders
Ensure all customers are engaged and acknowledged
Handle customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner
Coordinate scheduling of appointments
Update and post work orders daily. Ensure detailed notes are entered in open work orders.
Receive all parts on to work orders. Familiarity with CDK would be an asset.
Ensure payments are processed correctly and any errors are reported immediately
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driver's abstract
Other tasks as needed
