Responsible for all Administrative duties between departments, keeping the front office organized, and helping out when needed. $16 per hour with an excellent benefit package.
- Enter data to open all jobs.
- Enter material lists used to calculate job expenses.
- Enter detailed information on to customer spreadsheets.
- Other detailed data entry as required.
- Process all Shop and Parts department invoices.
- Process all Shop and Parts department Credits.
- Scan, date and email customer invoices.
- Other detailed invoicing as required.
- Use of a multi-lined switchboard
- Making Coffee and keeping area clean
- General tasks as assigned.
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to address multiple priorities.
