We are looking for a strong Demand Planning Manager who will take ownership of both tactical and strategic demand planning; implement best practice and work with senior stakeholders to provide accurate, meaningful data, enabling executive level decision making and business planning.

You’re good at
Assimilating complex data, developing KPIs and integrating appropriate statistical models (internal and external domain information) to continually improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias in the demand planning process.
Coaching, mentoring and supporting your team through change and continuous improvement, you pride yourself on being able to engage and take people on the journey.
Building relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing timely, accurate information to sales, production and Integrated Business Planning teams.
