SAP Analysts are generally responsible for evaluating, designing and implementing SAP software programs for businesses in order to help them manage such areas as inventory, sales, production and marketing in a single program. As an SAP Analyst you are also responsible for training managers in the use of the SAP software working closely with SAP S4 Hana.

We are currently seeking an SAP Analyst to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Determine SAP application requirements for clients by assessing current needs, anticipate future needs and provide solutions for companies in integrating various business operations into one platform
  • The SAP Analyst will be required to analyze a company‚Äôs current practices in various areas such as production, cost control, inventory, human resources, materials management, payroll, supply chain and other operations as needed
  • The successful candidate will need to be familiar with systems development applications and be able to run tests on system changes to ensure the successful integration of new software and programming and make any modifications as necessary
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively in teams to identify solutions and resolve variances from product/application specifications
  • Work with IT personnel to troubleshoot any problems with SAP programs and offer technical solutions
  • Provide training to company managers in all areas of SAP
  • Working knowledge on QA practices in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery models
  • Intermediate knowledge with SAP in areas such as SAP FICO, EM, CRM and S4 Hana
  • Working knowledge of test automation practices, frameworks and tools

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Preferred University degree (Bachelors) in computer science, engineering or business, mathematics or a similar nature
  • Understanding of various SAP modules
  • Analyzing various business operations and needs
  • Possess knowledge of software testing procedures
  • Writing functional specifications and preparing training materials
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate effectively and work under pressure in a complex, fast paced environment
  • Advanced communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and demands in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be bilingual English/French
