Job Summary:

The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. meet deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.

The Project Manager works directly with clients to schedule and coordinate installation and service work for our integration team. Excellent communication skills, decision making skills and creativity is expected.

The Project Manager is one of our main customer contacts and is responsible for delivering the client with an incredible overall AV experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Co-ordinate with customers to schedule installations
  • Scheduling customer service requests
  • Reviewing service orders and work orders on a regular basis
  • Communicate required changes to Account Managers
  • Management of our installation calendar
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Action daily and weekly project reports from install team
  • Communicate with Account Managers, Installation Team and Customers
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers

Qualifications and Skills

  • Works efficiently and with integrity under pressure

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
  • High level experience in a technical AV role is an asset
  • Past Project Management experience or professional training is an asset
