Interact with external and internal clients in order to deliver company's various business units message and provide complete end-to-end marketing solutions
Research and help to develop market penetration plans for Professional Services and Solutions (fintech) to access untapped markets (i.e. Caribbean, Africa, Europe, Latin America, Etc.)
Implement new marketing programs, including identifying relevant local and international trade shows, internet marketing, conventions, advertisements, sales tools and other initiatives for the business units
Assist with the development and management of product launch marketing material including: presentations, sales tools (brochures, literature, competitive analysis, white papers etc.)
Aid in promoting brand initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
Coordinate the marketing and communications departments to ensure a consistent message and decrease any overlap in duties
Aid in the development and/or creation of new logos or letterheads and champion their adoption across the company
Identify changes in the market (through the monitoring of various social media sites, associations and online publications)
Provide market research supporting any suggestions of new marketing and/or communications initiative
Provide editing services to ensure that all communications are appropriately worded (both in grammar and in content)
Build communications templates and style guides
Present to the Vice Presidents and principal as required, suggesting new directions and/or changes in the current direction of the organization 'smarketing and communications plans
Help to ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management of all service lines
Work with designers, writers, editors and other creative staff to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages
Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
Analyze potential new products/media to enhance the marketing/communications work of the organization
Oversee the development, management and maintenance of all online communication vehicles, including but not limited to:
Company website
E-mails
Online social media (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.)
Plan and manage external communications effort with public relations consultant, including but not limited to:
Publicity for special events
Attend and prepare for board meetings
Other related duties as assigned
Format and design all RFP templates
Other relevant duties as needed

University degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, Communications or Journalism or equivalent
Five (5) or more years of work experience in the private sector including the handling of corporate communications, original writing and editing and some public relations
Exposure to fintech will be considered as asset
Experience marketing to international markets; Latin America will be considered an asset
Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation and spelling
Command of a second language and ability to write at a business level in Spanish or French
Five (5) years of direct work experience in a marketing capacity
Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management
Experience in creating and executing successful e-mail marketing, Internet marketing, and direct marketing programs
Direct experience with graphic design, web page, and other marketing-related software tools
Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to grasp technical concepts
Work well with others, and handle direction and criticism in a positive manner
Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly and to ensure they are clearly communicated to an audience
Ability to manage and coordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation and conflict resolution
Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
