Business Development Manager
Red Rover is New Brunswick’s original craft cider manufacturer. This family business was established in 2012, we proudly use only the finest ingredients, that combined with traditional cider making techniques with modern technology create the finest international award-winning cider and beverages.
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced sales professional with a passion for craft beverages to fill the role of Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and increasing the company’s market share by developing accounts and building upon existing customer relationships.
A proven track record of success in sales with a minimum of one year of experience in B2B sales is required. Experience in outside sales or sales management is an asset. Industry knowledge and/or experience is also an asset. Candidates must have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with potential earnings capped at $200,000.

DETAILS OF THE ROLE
Objective of Role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and customers ensuring that they are satisfied with Red Rover products and services.
The Business Development Manager is accountable to the Company Owner and is responsible for all tasks related to sales, including communication, data management, event coordination, project management, and more.
All current accounts within Atlantic Canada and Eastern Canada fall within the purview of the Director of Sales. New regions that may be developed over the next 1-3 years include Asia, the United States and Europe.
Nature and Scope
The Business Development Manager receives supervision from the Company Owner. The position relies on experience and reliable judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Business Development Manager interacts with the leadership team, customers, staff, producers etc. The Business Development Manager is highly versatile, can work well independently as well as collaborate successfully to carry out responsibilities. The role requires hard work and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure success.
