HiMama is looking for quick-thinking, vibrant and naturally curious individuals to join our leading sales team as Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you are responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads and opportunities for our childcare center solution, including warm and cold outreach via phone, email and text. You will also be responsible in keeping up-to-date with trends in early childhood education and developing your own book of business for HiMama. As an SDR you will be empowering Early Childhood Educators to build stronger relationships with parents and engage them in children’s learning and development using our app.

What You'll Be Doing
Prospect and qualify warm prospects from demand generation and via phone to childcare centers across the world
Conduct over-the-phone prospecting and qualifying questions
Prioritize and organize the lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
Record and update data in Salesforce
Learn and leverage product features, partners, marketing and others to ensure goals are met
Research leads and stay in tune with changes in the restaurant and hospitality industry
Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience at all times
What We'd Love You To Have
1+ years of corporate experience
University Degree and/or 2 years College Diploma from an accredited institution
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with ability to multi-task, prioritize time while maintaining attention to detail
Passionate about sales, software, mobile and technology
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Learn and leverage product features, partners, marketing and others to ensure goals are met
A track record of achievements or competition
