Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Intelligent Automation - CTx, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing project delivery across multiple delivery teams ensuring a consistent and efficient delivery of the tools and processes. This position will provide strategic input to intake and prioritization, manage resource allocations, track and report project financials, produce action-oriented status reports. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a client-centered approach to project initiation and delivery and will be responsible for the planning and management of their portfolio. We are seeking an experienced incumbent who has the ability to balance agility and control simultaneously.
What you’ll do
Build stakeholder trust by understanding their business concepts, issues, opportunities and language.
Bring leadership and critical thinking to the table.
Manage the projects in the portfolio to balance strategic considerations and budget realities.
Define the project’s scope, identify and categorize project stakeholders.
Manage risks to the portfolio.
Form a partnership with the business to understand and capture clear, concise and accurate requirements
Develop, communicate, and implement plans for defining requirements complete with timelines, approaches and deliverables.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Create, refine and maintain user stories and associated deliverables to meet development and stakeholder needs.
Provide reporting on portfolio and program status to various levels of management.
Build a strong project delivery process by providing thought leadership around soft and hard skills, team structure and behaviours.
Work in close collaboration with solution design and production support teams.
Promote the work done by the Intelligent Automation team internally and externally.

What you bring
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Data Sciences, Economics, Design or equivalent
10+ years of program delivery experience using Agile and DevOps methodologies
Experience leading large projects including technology and process redesigns
Curious about the emerging field of Artificial Intelligence.
An “out of the box” thinker.
Driven by problems and challenges that require critical thinking.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion and simplify complex situations.
Comfortable working with complex data with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to simplify processes.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, including developing effective cross-organizational and vendor relationships
Excellent presentation, facilitation, interviewing and workshop skills.
Retail experience is an asset
