Reporting to the Store Manager, the position holder is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in his tasks, such as: administrative management of the store, sales objectives, customer service, visual merchandising, supervision and internal training. True company ambassador, the position holder will have to welcome, advise and retain a demanding clientele.
 Participate in the supervision, motivation and management of the employees;
 Maintain a high standard of customer service and an unbeatable shopping experience;
 Develop lasting relationships with customers;
 Maximize sales and profitability;
 Participate in the management of the store’s operation;
 Ensure store openings and closings;
 Apply the company’s policies and procedures;
 Apply the safety programs;
 Participate in the validation of sales report;
 Promote and complete the visual merchandising of the products;
 Ensure the regular maintenance of the store;
 Participate in the control of the inventory;
 Communicate with the administrative center;
 All other related tasks.
 Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related position or equivalent;
 Have a college or professional degree or equivalent;
 Demonstrate a strong sense of autonomy and initiative;
 Skilled manager;
 Skilled communicator;
 Have good judgment;
 Have a good sense of organization and work planning;
 Available to work days, evenings and weekends;
