The Opportunity
Duliban Insurance is looking for a Digital Communications Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing Team and are looking for someone who has at least three year of experience developing and executing content distribution strategies. The ideal candidate will have a command of best practices and trends in content marketing with a big focus on search engine, social media and email marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content to grow followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active ambassadors of our brand. This individual needs to be creative and understand how to build and convert a digital audience and be a proven communicator with hands-on experience working in a collaborative, dynamic organization to both lead crucial messaging and contribute directly through communications development.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Create external communications with the goal of improving the overall customer experience.
Generate cross-channel content (website, blog posts, email, articles, info graphics, social media etc.)
Own the development of a strategic social media marketing plan across campaigns and channels: Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc
Provide inspirational and creative leadership on ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences.
Plan and manage campaign execution: on time, on budget, and to scope.
Manage and report on ad campaigns, content posts, and funnels.
Proactively reviews measurement strategy and tactics, analyzing data from various sources and building a communications plan.
Optimize the ongoing performance of all marketing efforts, including ads, funnels, website and social media posts.
Analyze the effectiveness of posted content and drive improvements.
Update (formatting/proofreading) of documents such as FAQs, presentations, and user team documents.
Effectively communicate the activities and outcomes of Marketing campaigns by tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
Stay on top of new techniques and trends in content marketing.
Respond to consumer questions and concerns through all digital communications and social media channels in a timely and highly professional manner.
Triage inquiries to the appropriate internal parties, as required to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Work collaboratively with Duliban Insurance Broker partner units to develop and execute creative ideas, plans, and strategies.
Experience developing and executing integrated communications plans, including client & employee engagement initiatives
Maintain a current and complete knowledge of our products and processes.
Plan and execute content distribution schedules for Email Campaign Management
Responsible for updating client portals.
Constantly seek ways to innovate and improve processes, content and the overall value offering client content generation & distribution.
Provide support for other marketing initiatives and activities as necessary.

The ideal candidate must possess:
Strong research and comprehension skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - superb writer and storyteller skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing projects
Technical writing skills and the ability to generate strong content for B2C & B2B audiences
Design or aesthetic skills, and the ability to generate visual content
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Project leadership skills coupled with resourcefulness for execution and delivery.
Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision, and to work as part of a collaborative team.
Advanced knowledge of monetizing digital content.
Superior search engine optimization skills
Advanced analytical skills with an ability to mine data to inform decisions.
Experience managing Facebook business pages, Facebook Ad Manager,
Experience running targeted, high-spend, high-return ad campaigns, specifically on Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, WordPress, email marketing platforms and customer management software.
Experience and knowledge of funnel marketing strategies.
Knowledge of testing practices, including A/B, multivariate, etc.
Ability to have a big-picture view while executing and managing details.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work tasks and maintain focus while working under pressure with shifting priorities.

Post-Secondary diploma in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism
A minimum of three years of relevant content/digital marketing experience.
Paid search management experience with Google Ad, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
Knowledge of insurance industry is an asset
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is an asset
