Role Description

Individual Customer Technology (IC Tech) is an organisation providing information technology solutions to Canada Life. Our IC Tech professionals make a significant contribution to the companies' business goals through the effective delivery of value-added services. These services include setting technology direction, project management, analysis, system architecture, software development, testing and the provision of operational support services for our Individual Customer business unit.

We currently have openings for Senior Project Managers on our London team.

Accountabilities:
As a Senior Project Manager you will ensure the effective application of the project management discipline for successful delivery of projects within Individual Customer technology
Working closely with sponsors, stakeholders and project teams you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of project plans, budget, schedule, resources, scope, issues, risks, and change management.

Qualifications and Competencies:
Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects
In depth knowledge and experience with project management principles and practices (PMI based)
Exceptional leadership skills
Excellent communication, facilitation and decision making skills
Ability to analyze and evaluate information and render effective decisions
Excellent Relationship Building skills
Proven Project Planning and Execution skills
Experience with Microsoft Project Enterprise Server an asset
Must be self-motivated, organized and able to multi-task in an environment of ever-changing processes and priorities
PMI certifications preferred (CAPM, PMP, PgMP)
