The core product lines of the maxill’s packaged goods company are infection control, oral hygiene, dental disposables and preventatives. All in one form or another related to dentistry.

Infection control and all areas of sterilization are vitally important to maxill and our thousands of dental customers across Canada.

Our IFR’s ( IPAC Field Representatives ) are in need of a dedicated IPAC tech support person or which we are recruiting now.

IPAC Tech Support & Customer Service Professional Dentistry

Position Summary

Your role will be as a support mechanism to our Sales Representatives and IPAC Field Representatives that that we have deployed across Canada.

This position consists of;

  • assembling database libraries of literature in support of our IC and IPAC marketing efforts
  • coordinating ESR and IFR representative visits with customers
  • assembling customized IPAC manuals for our customers under the direction of our IPAC sales program lead supervisors
  • walking through customers on IPAC procedures when needed
  • being an available “go-to” central point for IPAC questions in maxill for customers and fellow team members

Qualifications that you bring to the position;

  • Experience in a dental office environment as an assistant, manager or hygienist for example
  • Very familiar with IPAC, PHO and infection control guidelines, policies procedures and self-assessments
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with and team members
  • Patience and understanding over the phone with IPAC customers
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business acumen
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse computer technologies and techniques.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work with little direction and balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results driven with a proven ability to project a positive sales and customer service attitude
  • Effective communication skills – written, verbal, active listening in English
  • Strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated personally high energy and activity levels
  • Proven record of great job attendance

Assignment: Full Time

900 AM - 500 PM M - F

No Evenings

No Weekends
