Senior Analyst, Reliability

The Opportunity:
The Senior Analyst, Reliability, will assist with the development of reliability processes, routines and tools and work with the operations to deploy the established program across our Base Metals operations globally (Canada, Brazil, Indonesia).

The location of this position is in Mississauga, Ontario.

Develops training and other supporting material for Maintenance and Reliability standards with the guidance of the Specialist, Reliability. For example, asset criticality, maintenance strategy development, investigation (root cause analysis) protocol.
Assist with the deployment of the standards and supporting tools through project management / monitoring activities / reporting
Coordinate training and coaching on the new standards and tools.
Develop reports for key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and support the operations in realizing the improvement.
Participates in established routines such as Vale Production System assessments and Digital Maintenance Initiatives.

Undergraduate Degree
P.Eng, CMA, CA, etc

3-6 years of experience in Engineering, Reliability and/or Maintenance related roles
3 years of operational experience

Knowledge and Skills:
Good oral and written communications skills.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Must be skilled in data analysis and problem solving.
Must have strong organization and time management skills.
Takes initiative and is able to self-direct to accomplish goals with minimum supervision.
