We are seeking multiple Maintenance Back Shifts and Weekends to join our growing team and be a part of this vital new development. Reporting to a Senior Operations Manager, the position is primarily back-shift and/or weekend shifts (e.g. 4pm - 7:30am). The role will assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Queen's Marque.

The general presentation of the property in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Duties will include responding to fire alarms, intrusion alarms, electrical failures and water leaks. You'll be responsible for the coordination, review and management of parking, parking allocation, valet parking, enforcement and revenue collecting. Recording of mechanical, electrical and water readings while occasionally resetting building systems are a requirement.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years customer service experience in maintenance, hospitality, security or another related role. A valid drivers license is a must. Experience with minor maintenance work and repairs is considered an asset. Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems is also considered an asset. The ability to follow instructions and implement company practices and procedures are a must. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to maintain open communication with both the Senior Building Operator and Senior Property Manager.
