Haley Dodge & Haley RV are growing, and currently accepting applicants for a receptionist position within our company. We are proud to be one of only two Living Wage employers on the Sunshine Coast!
This role requires the following:
- Answers, screens and advises incoming calls in a timely, professional, and friendly manner, paging employees when required along with dispersing messages.
- Greets all visitors, answers questions, and directs the appropriate department.
- Manages and monitors the reception area including garbage/recycling removal, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Retrieves daily mail and gives to controller for review.
- Prepares outbound packages as per senders’ requests and receives/distributes incoming couriers.
- Orders office supplies for assigned area.
- Weekly bank deposit along with running other errands as required.
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous reception experience is preferred.
- Professional communication in person and over the phone.
- Professional approach internally and externally.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult calls and situations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to various work styles.
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
