We are looking for an R&D leader to enable people to be their best and rapidly deliver quality software in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving strategy execution, ensuring that there’s a sustainable, extensible cloud native software architecture that evolves as the needs of our business grow. People are the key to your success and you will challenge and mentor your team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Key Responsibilities / Functions:
As a member of the team you will be responsible for:
Deliver quality software to our customers on time and on target
Inspire, grow and evolve a highly creative, innovative and productive team
Enable a learning culture and progression path with career and skills development
Clearly set and manage goals to focus the team on the most important items at the right time
Enable a continuous improvement culture

Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required. Candidates with Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or Engineering will be more relevant
At least 10 year´s of experience in telco industry
Leadership skills that inspire and motivate people to be their best
Strong presentation and communication skills
Domain experience in one or more of the following: IoT, Security, Cloud, Analytics
Experience with cloud native software stacks and practical implementation experience at scale
Collaborative nature that spans international borders and organizational boundaries
