We are hiring a Senior Business & Customer Insights Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business & Consumer Insights, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing objective, value-added analysis and recommendations to facilitate discussions & decisions related to high profile initiatives with the Pharmacy and Health & Wellness teams.

What You'll Do:
Work with the Health & Wellness team to develop concise and actionable business recommendations, including development of business and customer performance KPIs and methodologies for measurement
Support marketing and digital teams on ad-hoc analysis and leverage customer data to deliver meaningful insights to drive business strategy
Building financial and business forecasts with sensitivity and scenario modeling
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, such as: in-house (Pharmacy Analytics, PC Optimum, Loblaw Digital), customer research and external market reports (IQVIA).
Perform detailed analyses to accurately interpret information and draw conclusions/ insights
Data visualizations: Build dashboards & performance reports
Prepare presentation materials for senior management, including senior executives, based on analysis findings
Collaborate closely with data experts to build and extract appropriate and accurate data sets to support analyses
Ensure data accuracy, completeness and quality, swiftly documenting issues with data

What You'll Need:
University degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
Professional or co-op experience is an asset. Ideally in Pharmacy, Health, Retail, CPG industry, or Consumer Finance.
Ability to synthesize large amount of data into insights
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable collaborating within cross-functional team
Demonstrated strong business acumen
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Basic knowledge of MS Access, SQL, Python is an asset
