What you'll be doing:
Perform A/P review of all invoices for appropriate documentation approval prior to Checkruns

Prepaids, contract review and accrual processing experience preferred

Enter invoices into ERP and pay in a timely manner

Maintain vendor contract archives

Support accounts payable and expense report processing

Maintain vendor records

Prepare vendor account reconciliations

Assist Accounting Manager in special projects as needed

1099 maintenance preferred

What you'll bring to the team:
Understanding GAAP, preferred BS/BA in Accounting

3-4 years' experience in corporate accounting department

Must be proficient with Outlook and Excel, particularly NetSuite

Strong communication skills

Detail oriented and organized

Motivated and self-starting

Ability to work in a fast-paced accounting environment

Analytical and critical thinking skills
