Join us as a O&M Planner and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in North York, ON.
As a O&M Planner, you will be responsible for all LRV and System equipment cycles, periodic maintenance scheduling, maximizing asset availability and, ensuring all maintenance schedules are met in accordance with the Maintenance and Systems Project Agreements (PA). Monitors Service Requests, and Work Order creation and completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, track, and update the long and near term, and daily work schedules;
- Coordinate the request and issuance of track occupancy permits and facilities access;
- Review Maximo entries to ensure work orders are created and closed in a timely manner;
- Balance scheduled workloads for preventive and corrective maintenance against the Shop and System Alignment capacity, and revenue service demands;
- Develop and monitor a schedule for regulatory and BT HSE workplace and equipment inspections.
You have three (3) to four (4) years of relevant experience.
Knowledge in computer systems (Maximo, Excel, Word, Primavera, Project), Mechanical or Electrical Technician qualifications an asset;
English perfectly spoken and written.
