This position is working for one of Canada's premier builders who values their employees and their hard work. The Customer Service Administrator will work closely with the Residential Low Rise team.

The right candidate must have experience in Residential Low Rise

  • Comfortable coordinating on-site service/warranty administration and database management of Tarion obligations with purchasers, construction and trade partners from pre-delivery through to year-end warranty periods
  • Coordinate and follow up for service warranty issues
  • Communicates new home purchasers inquiries to appropriate trades and departments
  • Provide timely responses to the new home customer
  • Enters and completes work orders in Rems/Newstar programs
  • Able to track and follow up on work order completion and provide timely, accurate responses to Home Owners
  • Schedule and plan Service Technician
  • Schedule trades to address deficiencies from the 30 day, Pre-PDI, PDI and year-end
  • Requests work in conjunction with the New Home Orientation Representative on warranty/service items
  • Assists with compiling new home packages and key packages
  • Attend Customer Care or Tarion seminars
  • Assist other associates when required in the interest of purchasers
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and strong customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills to meet timelines
  • Effectively able to communicate information with professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous REMS/Newstar experience preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00 to $48,000.00 /year
