We have an exciting part time opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor where you will supervise staff by assigning work, determining work priorities, and evaluating and providing feedback on employees’ performance. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to meet the needs of the clients. You will contribute to the development and changes in the client’s care plans and provide a supportive environment for patients and families. This is your chance to work with a multidisciplinary team and provide care for our Home Health clients.
To join our team, we will be looking for:
Graduation from a Practical Nursing Program
Two years of recent related clinical and/or supervisory experience in a community health setting
Current Practicing Registration with College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia (CLPNBC).
Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
