Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), located in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Digital Programs Manager . The Digital Programs Manager will lead long-term digital marketing programs and related strategies to enable the company to achieve business objectives and work closely with different teams and senior stakeholders to both 1) gain insight regarding which digital programs will deliver most value to the business and our customers, and 2) ensure on time / on budget digital project delivery. Digital programs will be focused on driving growth through HollyFrontier’s Lubricants & Specialty Products (HFLSP) division and its related brands (Petro-Canada Lubricants, Sonneborn, Red Giant Oil, HollyFrontier Lubricants & Specialty Products). This includes both direct and indirect sales channels and networks, including distributors, associates and brand partners. The Digital Programs Manager will work closely with stakeholders all with the aim of delivering a seamless and integrated approach to Digital and its impact on contributing towards our company EBITDA targets.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Marketing Automation, Digital Sales Tools
Integrate our Sponsorships and Partnerships into our digital platforms to maximize ROI (brand awareness/distributor activation/technology)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Own the Digital Customer Journey and related brand touch/conversion points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and internal stakeholders on sales/marketing alignment, Pardot implementation and configuration
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Set overall direction and goals for internal team and external agency for digital related projects, providing context to business priorities
Manage ‘The Hub’ portal for our distributors and direct sales teams. Phase launches and implementation includes new eProcurement platform
Scaling programs globally across the divisional businesses
Creation of digital sales tools, i.e. product apps, product selector, calculators
Report on and collate metrics from all campaign assets, benchmark, create report and communicate to internal stakeholders
Drive for Sales/Marketing alignment through marketing automation
Align Pardot campaigns with category team priorities and implement

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
At least 10 years Program/Project Management experience
At least 5 years Digital Marketing experience
Proven track record in Digital Program and Project Management and associated project delivery

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Marketing Automation (Pardot) and CRM (SalesForce) experience preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Post-secondary education is required

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
A degree in Business is preferred

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
B2B Marketing experience
Strong Project Management experience and analytical
Strong working experience in managing external agency partners
Stakeholder Management and Engagement
Budgeting and Planning
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
Strong written and oral communication, including large-group and executive level communications
Forward-thinking, anticipating future trends and business direction and identifying implications and opportunities for the brand
Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages, customer experience and Lead Generation/Scoring
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Oil & Gas Experience (lubricants and/or specialty products experience preferred)

SUPERVISORY/MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the management of digital strategy development, communications and related activities for an internal team as well as external partners for digital related projects
Lead the process for Marketing Automation and SalesForce Integration infringement resolution and renewals
Responsible for Digital spend and budgeting
Influence into Holly Frontier Lubricants & Specialty Products (HFLSP) leadership team through digital strategy alignment
Provide digital expertise on all brand, category and sponsorship projects

WORK CONDITIONS:
This is an office based role with occasional travel
