Your day-to-day activities:
Provide comprehensive phone consultations with our Sellers
Receive and present offers to our clients over the phone
Assist sellers to evaluate and respond to offers on the phone and electronically
Negotiate on Seller's behalf with Buyers and/or Buyer's Agents
Guide the seller through the Offer and Condition removal phase of the transaction
Monitor progress of files and follow up with clients to ensure progress regarding conditions, etc.
We are looking for:
A salesperson or broker license under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act
At least three years of experience working with buyers and/or sellers
A detailed understanding of paperwork pertaining to the purchase and sale of residential properties
Exceptional negotiation skills
A flexible work schedule
