We are looking for a full - time Bookkeeper/administrator to help with day to day duties.
Daily duties will include: answering telephone calls, emailing, invoicing, government remittances, HST, WSIB, biweekly payroll, A/R, A/P, and journal entries
Microsoft Word, Excel and experience with accounting software is necessary
Knowledge of Sage business vision is a MUST
Working knowledge of English is required with a minimum High School diploma
The hours are between 8am to 5pm 5 days a week
We are located in Concord near Vaughan mills mall.
