HEABC has an opening for an Executive Assistant, Knowledge Management, Education & Compensation Services. Reporting to the Vice-President, the Executive Assistant provides proactive senior administrative support and project coordination to the Vice-President and department staff. The Executive Assistant works independently and within a team to balance priorities and workflow to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the department.
The Executive Assistant exercises initiative, judgment and problem-solving skills to complete work, anticipating needs and providing flexibility to assist others in achieving their goals.
