Compensation: $18 - $20/Hr (based on experience) plus Benefits.

TREB's largest real estate brokerage is seeking for a Branch/Deal Administrator to be part of their Don Mills location (Don mills/York mills) next to TREB

Successful candidates should be detail oriented, take initiative, a team player and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling of all incoming calls and emails, respond and return emails in a timely manner

Process and take deposit cheques

Assist branch managers in sign up new agents (clients)

Communication with RECO and TREB

Set up new agent hires in real estate software

Knowledge of uploading listings to TREB/MLS

Communicate with agents, deal process department and Accounting department

Remind & follow up with agents about submitting paperwork (i.e. listing agreements) for deal processing

Candidate should know how to read deal Tradesheet, understand the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (i.e. buyer representation, Fintrac ID etc.)

Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the real estate industry would be an asset

Knowledge of Lonewolf real estate software would be an asset

Must have experience using excel and Microsoft Outlook

Excellent computer skills and problem solver

Excellent customer service and people skills

Excellent organization skills

Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills required

Ability to work Independently and as a team

Ability to handle a very busy, fast paced office environment

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
