The Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for developing and implementing change management plans, tools, resources and activities to ensure Connect Care Readiness throughout the organization. The Lead will be accountable for leading and supporting the change management efforts and activities to ensure adoption and optimization.
Connect Care is a collaborative effort between, Alberta Health Services staff, clinicians and patients. As the lead, you will have the opportunity to work with operational leaders to manage all aspects of change associated with Connect Care to maximize employee adoption while minimizing resistance. Reporting to the Program Director, the lead will support management to address challenges and ensure the program continues to proceed in a collaborative manner to achieve organizational and program goals. The successful candidate will lead change management efforts and provide sound expertise to warrant effective change management strategies that lead to the overall success and outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a competent and experienced change management professional who is confident in implementing change management strategies across a large complex change. The lead must possess effective communication and negotiation skills with a customer oriented approach. Building and maintaining positive relationships with open communication between various stakeholders is important for the coordination of resources. The incumbent must also have the ability to have line of sight of overall project goals. The lead must foster a highly effective team culture with a strong commitment to excellent client service, healthy team dynamics and a culture that is built on AHS values.

Completion of a Bachelor's Degree preferably in a health relevant discipline or related field. Minimum of 10 years progressive responsibility in leading Organizational Change Management for programs of significant size, complexity and diversity, preferably in a health care environment. PROSCI or other Change Management certification. Good working knowledge of clinical services, information technology and AHS systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to facilitate change, inspire and build confidence in others. Ability to develop effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Detail oriented with the ability to work in ambiguity and handle multiple demanding priorities. Ability to influence others to move toward a common visions or goal.
Additional Required Qualifications:
