The Line Cook provides support in preparing and plating dishes during service in the Fetch Restaurant and Float Lounge. You will achieve as part of the team in the fast-paced kitchen environment to produce high-quality dishes consistently and quickly, and enjoy cooking creatively with fresh, local ingredients. Fulfills roles of saucier and entremetier as required and follows direction from Chef and the supervisory team.
Must be available weekdays, weekends and evenings.
2-5 years Culinary experience.
Saucier and Entremetier experience an asset
Preference given for Resort/Hotel experience.
Red Seal an asset.
Salary/Wage: Based on Experience
