Duties & Responsibilities for the Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative:

  • Call perspective clients and introduce our services to prospects
  • Set up appointments for Sales Consultants
  • Call inactive accounts and redevelop them
  • Answer inqueries from incoming prospects and qualify prospects
  • Attend trade shows and introduce our services to prospects

Qualifications for theInside Sales/Customer Service Representative :

  • University or College degree
  • Excellent presentation and time management skills
  • Highly self-motivated and goal oriented, persistent in obtaining a sale
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid drivers license, has own vehicle
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
