About the position:

You will be the first point of contact, dealing with customers and businesses over the phone, by email, and face to face. Since this is a highly visible position, leaving a positive impression is critical, as you will be representing the brand through your communication and positive attitude.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers at the front desk and by receiving incoming phone calls.
  • Understanding customer's / Client's request and Directing calls/information to concerned departments.
  • Generate, issue, and expedite purchase orders via ERP system (training will be provided).
  • Produce job quotations for job biddings (training will be provided)
  • Provide office administration support
  • Prepare correspondence and post documents.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Intermediate Level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Keen attention to details
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Customer service skills are a plus

Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
