Catalyst Health is a boutique-style health and fitness facility that specializes in personal training, chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, registered massage therapy, active-rehab training, and nutritional services.

Catalyst is seeking a highly organized and personable health enthusiast with administrative experience to fill the Customer Service Representative role.

We are looking for a part time Customer Service Representative. Shifts would include 2-4 evening shifts per week, and alternating shifts on Saturday mornings.

This role is best suited for someone with at least 2-3 years experience in an administrative role within health and fitness. Experience with Jane App is an asset.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Receptionist Duties - answering calls/emails, operating an efficient schedule, communicating client needs to practitioners, ensuring the highest level of customer service, managing overall client relationships and promoting Catalyst services

General Maintenance - tidying, maintaining and improving the aesthetic appearance of the facility while tracking and replenishing stock levels, responding to client requests and suggestions

Event Planning - planning our team's participation in community charity events, promoting fundraising efforts, organizing logistics
