Foothills School Division is currently seeking an Office Administrator.
The successful candidate must have a broad administrative background and solid knowledge of computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail and desktop publishing. As well, you must be knowledgeable with accounting practices including the budgeting process, A/P, and A/R. Accounting training and experience in an automated environment is required.

This full-time, position follows the school term and offers a salary range of $25.78 to $28.85 per hour (Group IV of the CUPE 5040 Salary Grid). A comprehensive benefit package may be available after three months (or continued for existing staff).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish good working relationships with parents and community are critical.
