The Headlines:
In the role of Revenue Growth Manager, you will be a key member of the Revenue Management Team, driving topline growth and profit maximization across the business unit through price, promotion, trade terms and assortment management by channel and customer. Revenue management is a powerful strategic lever that supports Molson Coors Canada in its competitive efforts in the Canadian Market.

This role will be pivotal in driving assortment, promotion and topline growth strategies in existing and new categories of the business, using data to predict consumer behavior in order to enhance product availability and drive the right decisions with key stakeholders. You’ll also be examining the impact of competitive trends and overall macro-economic trends on price and promotions, driving solutions with short and long term impact. Your passion in driving recommendations within the revenue growth principles and mindset to enable topline growth will make you a great fit for our company and is a key ingredient to your success.

This position reports to the Sr Manager Customer Solutions in Toronto, Ontario and works closely with sales teams, finance, channel marketing and category solutions to drive sales and portfolio strategy with holistic recommendations.

The Responsibilities:
Lead strategic analyses, decisions and recommendations to enable our Sales and Commercial teams to drive initiatives and customer solutions that build future Net Sales Revenue opportunities
Identify opportunities within the Molson Coors Portfolio to improve Net Revenue via price levers (ED pricing, Promo Pricing, Promo Freq/Depth, Discount Curves, Mix Shift)
Develops and leverages new and existing analytical tools to support the development of category, portfolio and brand pricing, promotion, mix and customer strategies
Support pricing related elements of the Annual Operating Process including channel or customer assortment, everyday price, promotional price and merchandising. Own accurate updates to price elements of materials for Revenue Management teams and assist with pricing related customer sell-in stories when needed
Development and management of Price/Promo Strategies for brands, price tiers, skus, customer and regions.
Providing strategic insights to the teams to leverage in pricing discussions with customer negotiations.
Providing statistical modeling expertise and training required to build and apply econometric modeling techniques to better understand Pricing/Demand relationships and trade offs within the portfolio and with competitors / substitutes
Key point of contact for Non Alch, Beyond Beer and Heineken database recommendations and back up assistance

The Other Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or another analytical discipline. MBA/MMA preferred
You have 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated success in turning insights into actionable recommendations in the areas of price/promo and mix analytics
You love a challenge. You are able to provide structure and rigor to ambiguity and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
You are a good storyteller, able to disseminate insights into key messaging with your excellent communication/ presentation skills
You are confident and collaborative. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
You are deadly serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering
