Position Overview:
As a member of the Application Development Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software produced by the Software Development teams across all systems and products. You are seasoned QA analyst with proven experience working in high pace, lean/agile environments with primary testing being done on-site. Your ability to design and develop testing strategies, plans and test cases is well recognized by your managers and peers.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build testing and automation strategies for platform, product and features in development
Collaborate with QA team, Development teams, Project Managers, Business Partners, End Users and other Development and Operations Teams to identify and implement testing solutions
Promote improvements and innovations within software development life cycle and testing processes
Manage test suites and their executions
Perform Functional, Integration, End to End, and Regression testing
Work with business analysts to establish acceptance criteria for systems changes
Education, Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 6 years IT related experience with specific focus in Software QA
QA Automation Experience
Experience working ERP systems, D365 or Microsoft AX
Experience with UI and backend testing
Experience designing and executing SQL statements for database manipulation and querying
Strong understanding of BDD, Cucumber and Gherkins
Experience using Selenium with Java or C# and creating test automation frameworks
Proficiency in documenting and recording bugs and errors discovered during system, software testing, training documentation and recommending solutions for corrective actions

Experience using Azure DevOps or VSTS
Experience using GIT and understanding of GIT flow
Experience working in Agile development teams

Working Conditions

Usually work regular business hours, but will require evenings and weekends during peak periods
Work in offices, manufacturing facilities, environmentally controlled server rooms
May require travel to local or international sites, conferences and/or seminars
