We are looking for an administrative expert to support us and our international clientele from our Vancouver consulting office.
Are you someone that enjoys handling financials, projects, marketing and office administration for a company? If you are wanting to work in a well-established company located in Vancouver and looking for a dynamic job, then look no further.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills are jaw-dropping. An office runs so much smoother with you as part of the team. People can’t figure out how you manage to have everyone feel so supported, while not breaking a sweat. Clients love you; fellow staff appreciate you and the boss just knows how awesome you are.
Technically savvy, you are also adept with data. Excel is a definite asset. You love using it as a tool to uncover trends in the numbers.
If you have lots of experience with client reporting along with managing vendor payments and relationships, and the delivery of accurate and timely administrative tasks are second nature to you, we would love to hear from you. Experience dealing with people through remote access is an asset.
