This position suits a high-energy, proactive team player with at least 3-5 years’ experience. The successful candidate would work directly with Management and Sales Department and must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Provide administrative support for Management and the Sales Department.
Scheduling & Time Management for Team Leaders.
Assist Team Leaders preparing sales proposals.
Post to all social media platforms, (i.e.: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Cropping and some retouching of images for social media, press kits, etc.
Company event co-ordination
Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher and Power Point.
Strong follow-up, organization, and prioritizations skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write clearly, accurately and concisely for email campaigns, website content and updates including blogs, press releases, and social media site content.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills
Familiar with all social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Marketing Experience would be an asset.
Commercial Real Estate experience would be considered an asset.
