Point Zero, is hiring a Graphic Designer, reporting directly to the Marketing Director out of its Montreal Head Office.
As Point Zero continues to expand internationally at rapid speeds, we are seeking a passionate and determined individual to join us on this exciting journey.

As an integral part of the design team, the Graphic Designer will support the start-to-finish graphic needs of the brand. This position will help define and build an authentic visual language that is consistent across all channels—including digital and print. By creating unique and on-brand assets for both internal and external use, this position will be instrumental in helping shape and support the brand’s aesthetic.

List of responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Corresponding with retail store managers about administration requests and discrepancies

· Managing supplies inventory at Head Office and retail stores

· Printing Raymark and Moneris reports for weekly audit

· Monthly audit in Raymark

· Compare Moneris and bank statements for monthly audit

· Monthly audit of cash flows

· Posting expenses and cut cheques from AP system

· Organizing daily sales receipts from stores

· Filling cheques and documents for retail stores

· Cutting Purchase Orders for supplies orders

· Prepare and send stationary and rolls for retail stores on weekly basis

· Calculate Retail employee reimbursements for travel and expenses

· Reposing Moneris for chargebacks

· Coordinating with Ecom team for chargebacks and refund customers

· GST/PST remittance

· Monthly bank reconciliations for all retail and Ecom companies

· Reporting sales to controller and AP manager for rent payments (monthly)

· Reporting weekly sales of Van Horne location

· Prepare intercompany transfers report every quarter

· Gift card consolidation

· Monitoring AmEx and Moneris online accounts for GM

· Filling sales envelopes and AP cheques for retail and ecommerce divisions

· Preparing monthly sales report

· Sending monthly sales report to landlord

· Any additional tasks required from retail team or controller

· Comparing expenses’ year to year track

· Organizing retail stores’ information for administration purpose
