P & L Sales is a stable steadily growing company in the food service sector. We are currently looking to add a part-time or full time receptionist/administrative assistant to our team.
General Responsibilities would include:
- Greeting customers and either assisting them with what they need or directing them appropriately
- Handling of calls and emails
- Basic invoicing and data entry
- General filing and office organization
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- Proficiency with excel, word and overall computing skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of motivation, reliability, and commitment
- *Candidates with a basic understanding of QuickBooks or other book keeping software will be treated with the highest priority

Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 – 4:30
- Your hours will depend on whether you are part-time or full-time
Starting Wage:
- $19.00-$21.00
- We will consider additional compensation for applicants that are highly proficient in QuickBooks
