We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our residential sales team in New Brunswick. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise, build relationships and answer technical questions related to our products. Based in New Brunswick our new Sales Representative will be required to travel throughout New Brunswick & Prince Edward Island promoting IKO Residential Roofing and Building Envelope products to our distributor and contractor network.
As our new Sales Representative you will:
Increase market share and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
Recognize new business opportunities and strategies based on customer needs to enhance company growth
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
Determine customer needs and propose appropriate solutions that contribute to meeting or exceeding business sales goals
Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and following up with key decision makers
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in order to respond accordingly
So, here’s how we know you are the right person for the role, you have:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience
Experience in the building material industry and roofing is a plus
Highly motivated and a results oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
ability to travel frequently
Bilingualism is a plus as well as the
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is an asset
