You will assist the team with a variety of administrative duties and professional support in a proactive manner. Your passion and commitment to teamwork will contribute to ensuring our vision to win that is integral to our business.
Plan and maintain comprehensive records on budget expenditures for the Digital Labs leadership team.
Carry out administrative functions such as meeting coordination, expense management and vendor reception.
Create, process and track purchase order requisitions and send them to vendors.
Be the primary contact for vendors for billing and invoice related queries, and liaise with Finance team for timely processing.
Process expense and on-call reports.
Assist in the extraction and preparation of data and reporting.
Support the department in planning and execution of townhalls, team meetings, department communication and overall business effectiveness duties.
1-2 years experience in an Administrative Assistant role
Experience working within and/or supporting a Technology and/or Digital Department is an asset
Experience handling and coordinating third party vendors
Basic understanding of fundamental accounting and budgeting principles; prior experience managing budgets and expenses would be considered an asset
Expert level competency in MS Office
Excellent organizational skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality and tact
Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment, often under tight timelines and multiple priorities
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment to share expertise, and contribute ideas to achieve common goals
