General Summary.....

The Team Coordinator is responsible for calculating, planning and balancing the workforce according to the needs of the center on a daily basis. Will be responsible for coordinating labor movements on a daily basis. Responsible for the maintenance of FedEx Supply Chain security standards.

Calculate, balance and distribute the workforce by work area;
Coordinate labor movements on a daily basis;
Coordinate daily planning meetings;
Optimizing the use of labor and equipment;
Maintain up-to-date workforce planning tools;
Distribute equipment and labor on a daily basis;
All other related tasks.

Probation period successfully completed at FedEx Supply Chain;
Excellent performance and safety record in current function
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a warehouse / distribution center context;
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (advanced level);
Master the DCCS software;
Ability to effectively promote and lead change;
Excellent communication skills;
Analytical skills and strength in problem solving;
Priority management;
Ability to handle stress;
Autonomy and Adaptability;
