We are for a Marketing Manager, CRM who is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of Marketing Automation technology for Compass Digital Labs' products and services.

Working with fellow marketing managers within our main verticals of higher education, business & industry and healthcare to understand how CRM supports their strategic plans
Use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud serving both B2B and B2C arms of the business
Manage, develop and utilize a variety of customer contact channels especially email, mobile push notifications, in-app messages and others
Integrating multiple systems and mobile applications together to ensure successful flow of relevant marketing data
Identify technology solutions that support the Marketing department's initiative and collaborate with the Product Team when required
Designing and executing personalized Customer Experience Journeys in collaboration with the Data Team that leverages research & data
Designing and executing automations to improve internal departmental workflow through the use and design of CRM
Educating peers on opportunities available with Marketing Technology stack to help guide and inform their Marketing strategy
Manage and build overall email marketing strategy, including creating email campaigns and templates, along with determining email marketing KPIs

Bachelor's degree with a focus in business, marketing and/or communication
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or function
Proven experience in Direct and Digital Marketing environments including database, email and push notifications
Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform techniques including process, segmentation and analysis methodologies, data feeds and others
Experience with marketing online products such as mobile apps, websites or other digital offerings
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and AMPscript required
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification an asset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
