We are currently looking for a Property Management and Administrative Coordinator to cover a maternity leave in downtown Dartmouth NS.

The Property Management and Administrative Coordinator will have a tool belt as full as our construction crew, but this tool belt will be full of skills to support our growing team.

In this toolbelt, the successful candidates will have the skills to:

  • Ability to be a part of a fast-paced and dedicated team that works together to provide our clients with the highest possible level of service and advice
  • Have the desire for excellence and takes pride in their work
  • Have awareness for business needs, able to track and self manage tasks to completion
  • Provide exceptional team support through structured organization, assertive action, and positive communication
  • Pleasant and effective communication with visitors, tenants, and clients
  • Provide Bookkeeping for the property, Property Management and Admin support
  • Maintain office supplies, organization, and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Knowledgeable in the construction industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 3-5 years of office administration experience
  • 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • 1-3 years of property management
  • College or University Diploma in Office Admin or related. (Preferred but not required)
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
